    Also, so many times, I see we forget the most important thing: the audience. In preparing the presentation the target audience must be kept in mind. I see presentations that were written with no thought of what the target audience might want to hear.

    I’ve also seen people reading their slides to a sleeping audience. They don’t notice the audience is there. Let’s just plough through this deck of 300 slides.

    I just want to scream: It is the Audience Stupid.
